Mumbai Dreams

I love this city. There is so much action, hunger and perseverance in this city. The weather is such that it does not make it comfortable to loll around under your comforter in early morning stupor. (Unlike Bangalore). The air is thick with humidity and human ambition. What I really love about this city is the seeming celebration of work. Of showing up every day without fail and without much ado. Like India, this city is a living, breathing contradiction. One part of its residents seem to show how rich they are and how much more a human being can dream and achieve. The another part show how much one has accrued and achieved already. It makes you take a moment and be grateful. I have booked a very pleasant and unpretentious sea facing room overlooking the bay and the marine drive.
